Mamma was at a trade show benefit for a philanthropy last night. As I was talking with other vendors , the subject came up about food additives and chemicals and what was safe and what wasn't. So much of our food is "factory manufactured" . A half century ago, all food was "from the farm" and additives were relatively unknown.
Today there are so many additives and chemicals in our food that it's hard to decipher what's good or bad. The Center for Science in the Public Interest has categorized additives into , safe, cutback, avoid, caution, and certain people should avoid.
